For Façonnable Mediascope designed a commercial newsletter that automatically selects the correct language for each customer. Mediascope also developed the process flow for the new GRDP rules and laws. The result was an increase in the conversion of the sales channel by email.

Mediascope also developed the new subscription flow; both online and offline. Also in brick stores new potential customers are now asked to subscribe to the newsletter.
